1: Setting up notifications
In Floriday, you can set notifications, or announcements, for various components. For example, you can set up notifications for sales orders, contract proposals, connections, auction presale orders, corrections and requests for quotes. You can set this at the user level so that not all colleagues need to receive it. In the notification overview, you can decide whether you want to receive the notification in the platform itself, via email or as a push notification on your computer or (Android) phone.

2. Customer specific settings
As a grower, you can offer trade items specifically to a buyer. There are a number of details and settings that you can set per buyer. For example, when creating an item in the catalogue, you can indicate whether it is customer specific or not. A customer specific item is not displayed on the public profile page and may not be offered to other customers. You can also organise customers into customer specific price groups and offer them a special price that differs from the regular price for "other" customers. In addition, you can choose to create customer specific delivery conditions for certain buyers. |

3: Making profile information public
When setting up your account, you can select to make your profile information public. This will display your name, photo and contact details on the company page for buyers to see. By making your profile information public, you increase your accessibility and make it even easier to make contact with the buyer. In addition to your details, the profile page includes the assortment from your catalog (without prices and quantities, of course), delivery times and certificates obtained.

4. Creating customers and article tags
It's possible to tag customers in Floriday. By selecting and saving customers as tags, you can easily use them in different functionalities. These customer tags can then be used for various functionalities such as contracts, delivery orders, offers, the creation of a purchase tip and price groups. In all places where you can add or select a customer in Floriday, you can create and use the customer tag.

It's possible to tag trade items in Floriday. By tagging trade items, you can easily and quickly divide them into groups. The item tags can be used with various functionalities, such as contracts, delivery orders and offers. In contrast to collections, an item may contain several tags. Within the catalogue, you can also filter by means of the item tags.
