We recently spoke to Rob Stoffer, buyer at Heyl, specialist in supplying German specialist florists. Heyl supplies more than 1,000 German florists 3x a week with cut flowers, plants and decoration. "For so much trade to run smoothly, digitalisation is essential". In the video below, Rob talks about Floriday's role in this and their collaboration with Piet Vijverberg Nursery.
Ultimately plants and flowers via Floriday
Rob: "At Heyl, all plant purchasing is now done via Floriday. Purchasing flowers is not quite the same; it is done partly through the clock and sometimes directly. There is a desire to be able to do this via Floriday too, but not all flower growers are set up for this yet. We help growers who are not yet working with Floriday take the first steps in this and refer them to Floriday."
