More and more buyers are finding their way to growers' shops. This is great news, because in the shop, buyers only see your supply. Therefore, make sure your shop is activated and looks attractive to buyers. And if you have available supply, it will automatically be displayed in your shop.
Make sure your supply is online
Have you activated your shop? Then buyers can visit it. However, whether a buyer sees supply depends on the price groups you've set and your opening hours. You can choose to create an customer offer for all customers. This way, visitors to your shop will always see supply. We recommend that flower growers set a general price group so potential buyers who visit your shop can buy based on available supply.
New: add opening hours to your shop
Want to display your available trade items in your shop, but won't know the price until later in the morning? Use the new feature to add your shops opening hours. This way, buyers can see at a glance when they can expect to see your supply in your shop. And you can wait for the closing of the auction to define the price of the batches if you prefer.
Make your shop attractive
Make sure your shop looks professional and inviting. Use a good banner image and logo, and utilize collections. Together, these elements define your shops first impression. By dividing your trade items into clear collections, you present your products more clearly. Through pre-defined delivery conditions, buyers know exactly when to expect their order and what your minimum quantity of delivery is.
Invite buyers to visit your shop
A great way to get more visitors is to invite buyers to visit your shop. You can do this using the Marketing page of My shop. You can send invitations to buyers' email addresses. On this page, you'll also find a direct URL link and a QR code to your shop. Copy these and use them in your email signature, on your website, on social media, or via WhatsApp! Are you participating in a trade fair (such as the Trade Fair Aalsmeer)? Use your QR code to send buyers directly to your shop. And remind buyers that they can "save" your shop, so they can easily visit again and receive notifications about new supply.
