MyShop, the online Floriday shop you use as an exporter to enable your end customers to order digitally, has received a series of improvements. With a new layout, smart navigation, and additional settings, it's even easier for you and your customers to find, order, and review favorite trade items. This article outlines the new features available and how they contribute to a more efficient and reliable ordering experience.
A fresh and clean layout
End customers will soon be working in a redesigned MyShop environment that offers a sense of calm, structure, and clarity. The interface has been optimized so your end customers can find what they're looking for more quickly and navigate in Floriday more intuitively. End customers will soon be able to quickly see their recently ordered products, allowing them to reorder more quickly. This enhances repeat orders and makes daily purchasing more efficient.
Shortcuts to other apps
End customers have faster access to other Royal FloraHollandapps they have permissions for, such as the RFH Pre-Auction app. These apps are located at the top of the bar, behind the app icon. This makes it easier to switch between the various applications they use daily from a single location.
Easier to search and find
A field will be added at the top of the shop that directly searches the entire selection. This speeds up finding specific products. Frequently used filters will also be more prominently displayed. Your customer can see at a glance which selection is active. A clear menu with categories (product groups) will also be added. This will make it easier for your end customer to browse the assortment and find the right product groups and trade items more quickly.
We've also made the following improvements:
- The order overview has been moved to the Account menu. This gives your end customers a recognizable place to find their orders.
- Clock pre-sale offers will now also be added to the shopping cart, just like direct offers. This creates a single, consistent ordering flow for your customers.
- Your end customers will also have access to an A–Z filter for product groups. This makes it easier to search within a category and find the right assortment faster.
- The tile view will be expanded to five properties instead of two. This gives your customers more relevant information per product at a glance.
- Delivery time settings will be more clearly displayed.
- As an exporter, you can determine which product names your end customers see: Item name, VBN name, VBN abbreviation. Your customer can also adjust this setting themselves.
For exporters: new order overview
Something will change for you as an exporter too. Statistics will soon be added to the 'End customers orders' overview. For example, you'll immediately see the turnover per end customer. This will provide you with valuable insights into ordering behavior, trends in decrease or increase, and commercial opportunities, allowing you to more effectively manage growth and customer relationships.
