The right settings for the EKT messages helps a smooth order process

Do you use EKTs or V-EKTs (preliminary EKTs) as a buyer? Make sure your settings are correct and receive order notifications at the desired email addresses after your order for a smooth process! Receiving an EKT message is now also possible for direct orders placed via a VMP connection on Floriday.

There are three types of EKT messages that can be received:

  1. The Direct EKT for direct transactions
  2. The V-EKT for Clock presale transactions
  3. The EKT for Clock Presale (KVV)/Daytrade and Clock transactions

For clock presale orders, a V-EKT is sent. This is intended to send preliminary inventory information. The EKT is sent later once logistics begins and barcode information is available. This EKT replaces the V-EKT for clock presale transactions.

Do you place orders via a VMP connection? Ensure the VMP connection from FloraXchange or FloraMondo is converted to Floriday and also receive EKTs for the orders on supply you place via the VMP (direct trade).

Not only are EKT settings available for direct trade, but you can now also receive EKTs via Floriday for your clock and Daytrade transactions.

  • When is the EKT sent?
    If your order matches the grower's supply, the order is finalized after five minutes and the EKT is sent. The clock EKT is sent as soon as logistics commences and barcode information is available.
  • From which email address are the EKTs sent?
    EKTs and V-EKTs are sent via Floriday from the email address: sales-order@floriday.email. Ensure this email address is allowed as a secure sender in the EKT emailbox.
  • How can I set up multiple email addresses?
    If you want to enter multiple email addresses to receive (V-)EKTs, you can enter them consecutively, separated by a semicolon (;).
  • I don't want to receive EKTs from certain growers. Is that possible?
    You can indicate in the supplier-specific settings whether or not you want to receive EKTs from a specific grower. You can also include different auction codes or plate numbers for a specific grower in the EKT.
  • Can I include the sales order number in the EKT?
    Yes, it is possible to have the order number added to the RFF+IL segment. If you wish, the Floriday support team can enable this for you upon request.
