Track & Trace for growers

Offer buyers the right information about the status of their trade. Floriday makes it easy for growers to make deliveries and transport - via hubs or otherwise - transparent.

Fewer calls, more overview

In the current chain, a lot of time is lost in phone calls, finding information and (double) entry of deliveries and transport orders. Track & Trace is changing this. Buyers see the status of their orders instantly in Floriday, from departure to arrival.

For you as the grower, this means:

Fewer calls from buyers asking where their order is

Fewer errors due to linked transport orders based on your deliveries

Proof of delivery at your fingertips

How it works:

Using your own transport? Thanks to the scanning function in Floriday, you can easily create loading and unloading scans. This way, you make it visible when the order was picked up and delivered to the location. Or link your software package to Floriday and share the scans you make in your own software package. Do you use a carrier? Then all you have to do is enter your transport order in Floriday. Once your carrier is connected, the order comes in directly.

Administrative convenience

With Track & Trace information in Floriday, you reduce customer phone calls because buyers have insight into their own deliveries. Transport orders are automatically and reliably pre-populated so you don't have to do double administration. Thus, fewer mistakes are made.

More transparency in the chain

With the scanning function in Floriday, you can easily create loading and unloading scans for your own transport via your phone. This immediately shows when orders have been picked up or delivered, creating a more complete and reliable Track & Trace picture for you and your buyer. The result: better planning, fewer misunderstandings and a clear timeline.

Where do buyers see the Track & Trace information?

Buyers will find the Track & Trace information on the order status page in Floriday. There, they see the progress of their delivery for each order, including the available scanning times. Currently, we already share hub scans from Royal FloraHolland here (such as Connect scans for direct trade). This gives buyers instant insight into where their trade is within the logistics chain.

Buyers will see this information on their order status page if their order is buyer-initiated.

What's coming?

Currently, you can already give insight through Floriday for:

  • Own transport scans (loading and unloading)
  • Affiliated collective carrier scans
  • RFH hub data for direct trade

We are working hard to further expand Track & Trace. Soon, we will also be adding track and trace information from auctions, auction presales and Daytrade. This will give you a full picture of where your trade is and what time it will arrive at your buyer.
