Floriday is continually expanding its options for corrections and cancellations. From now on, it's also possible to make adjustments to delivery costs. This allows you to easily adjust incorrectly calculated delivery prices. To prevent adjustments, start by setting your delivery terms correctly. Good supply and clear delivery terms ensure fewer surprises and fewer corrections.
Sometimes you can't avoid the need for a correction. In addition to the ability to make adjustments to incorrect quantities, prices, and package codes, Floriday has recently added the option to make specific corrections on delivery prices. Once this correction is approved by the other party, it is processed automatically. How convenient!
Transport costs included or excluded?
As a grower, indicate whether your offered prices include or exclude transport costs. You can easily set this via the delivery terms. Then, based on the price group, you determine whether these additional costs are applied. As a buyer, you can see in the Explorer whether delivery costs are excluded (cross) or included (check mark) by the truck icon. If you purchase through the shop, the shopping cart shows whether additional transport or delivery costs are charged.
Enable your notifications
Don't want to miss any corrections or cancellations? Enable notifications: in the platform or by email. This way, you won't miss any correction or cancellation requests, and they can be processed quickly. Also useful if you use your own software package!
