It was buzzing in Aalsmeer: the entire floriculture sector could meet again, engage in conversation and admire each other's products. Nearly 700 exhibitors were present with a booth and the fair received a total of 20,000 visitors. We look back on 3 great days.

Growing international interest

At the Floriday booth there were plenty of visitors as well as growers: acquaintances came for a chat or wanted additional explanation or demonstration of the latest developments for buyers or growers. What stood out was that many international visitors managed to find our booth and were curious to see what the platform currently has to offer for them.

Giant magnifying glass

With a giant magnifying glass above the booth, we called attention to the revamped Floriday Explorer with the largest and widest assortment of flowers and plants. The Floriday experts used demos to demonstrate how buyers could easily search for growers and products and how to buy directly on current supply. Read all about the Explorer here

Growers were also interested in the Explorer and wanted to know how their supply would be displayed in it and how buyers could search and order in it. In addition, we showed them how using an app like RFH photo they can easily provide suitable product photos.

"Is the assortment on Floriday?"

More than half of the exhibitors were equipped with a Floriday QR code sign. This allowed buyers with a user account to immediately view the assortment in the Explorer, mark favourites and order directly if desired. The use of Floriday is growing, both among growers and buyers, Green Collect Sales, a trade nursery from de Kwakel, was able to confirm: "A frequently asked question from visitors was 'is your assortment on Floriday?' We could confirm that." Could you use help getting your online assortment in order? Don't hesitate to reach out to us! We'll be pleased to assist you!
